Refund Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. The short version
VClip is a digital product delivered instantly at a one-time price (₹150 in India / $5 internationally). Because it cannot be "returned" once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
We would rather be upfront about this before you buy than surprise you after.
2. Why there are no refunds
Unlike a physical product, VClip is delivered to you the moment your purchase completes. Once you have the download and the setup guide, the product is in your hands and cannot be un-delivered.
This is standard for digital products sold at a one-time low price, and it is also what lets us keep VClip affordable with no subscription.
3. Know what you are buying
Please read the product page and the FAQ carefully before purchasing. They explain exactly what VClip does, what is included (the complete app and the setup and usage guide), and how the AI usage with your own OpenRouter API key works.
If anything is unclear, contact us before buying — we are happy to answer questions.
4. If something goes wrong
No refunds does not mean no support. If VClip is not working for you, contact us and we will help you get set up and clipping.
The only case we will refund is a duplicate or accidental double charge for the same purchase. That refund is issued to your original payment method.
